So I watched a cop movie where the cop is going back to the job because he quit after an undercover case. he comes back for a case and it turns out the person that brought him back was who did it and he gets 2 guys in a garage to tell him about the senior detective that really caused the crime. If you could help me let me know it would be later 90's early 2000's. thanks guys.
