Lets see. For me I would say the following movies, most of which I watched repeatedly during my childhood.
Kickboxer
Bloodsport
Commando
Predator
Harry and the Hendersons
Original Star Wars movies
Ewoks: The Battle for Endor
Lord of the Rings Trilogy - probably closer to 15-20 times on these

I prefer to watch new movies that watch the same ones over and ever, so I'm not sure that I have seen any 30 times. There are some that I think I could watch that many times though, if there were no other movies around, such as Little Miss Sunshine, the Royal Tenenbaums, Shaun of the Dead - entertaining stuff.

Galaxy Quest is a movie that I should have remembered. I love that movie!
I first saw it in a packed room with a bunch of Star Trek nerds (we would get together every month or so and watch pirated episodes of the show from the US because we couldn't wait for new episodes of Voyager to reach the UK - lame, I know, I'm over it now).
At the scene where the Tim Allen walks into the bathroom full of costumed nerds, this huge sweaty guy behind me snorted and shouted out 'It's really like that'. Fun times.

Who could watch a movie more than 30 times??! I haven't watched a single movie/clip/whatever more than 30 times in my entire life. Probably the max was about 5-8 times.

I would have to say Big Trouble in Little China. I had a copy of teh VHS i got of the Movie Channel as a kid and I wore that thing out. It was my first introduction to chop socky type movies. I was proably in 5th grade at the time.

I have to say Clerks, it came to video when I was working in a video store. We got a screener copy and I stole it after everyone that worked there hated it. I showed it to as many people as I could,
I went as far as making bootlegs for anyone that wanted one. Keep in mind VHS tapes were expensive to purchase at the time.

Now that I think about it I may have seen Indiana Jones (Raiders) at least that many times, if only because it was one of my favourite movies growing up and one of the first I owned on VHS. Everytime I watch it I just feel great about it, which is why it is still one of my favourite movies.

Watching movies this many times was easier for me in the VHS days for some reason. Just leave the tape in the VCR and turn it on. Where ever it was just start watching. The three big ones for me are (not counting the movies that are always on cable and I have seen pieces of too many times to count):
The Hunt for Red October -- My favorite movie my senior year of high school. I could even quote the Russian dialogue and do that weird Sean Connery Scottish/Russian accent.
Strange Brew -- the movie that got me through long drunken college nights.
Backbeat -- hard to find on VHS/DVD, but I had a copy recorded from cable. That one I literally wore out. I could quote the whole movie in the Liverpool accent. Not that I did, other than to my self. I think that I have said too much.

Some good movies listed. For me I think it has to be Mallrats and Clerks are the most. I have seen I heart Huckabees quite a few times also. Mark Walberg cracks me up in that movie.
