HAPPY NONDENOMINATIONAL HOLIDAY!
I got nothing because it is the 2nd year in a row I didn't ask for anything. Times have been somewhat tough with the new business. My parents got my sister a Toshiba laptop. After removing all the bloatware and making it spiffy, it is running like a charm.
What did you guys get for the holidays?

but more than stuff i got new opportunities for the new year
2009 is going to be very interesting
the best gifts i got were perspectives of verdant vistas of high adventure

I got sad. And then an argument. Then got a talking to. Then opened stuff.
Books, a jewelry box, a white sapphire, a jacket, and a Kitchenaid mixer. And Cody's on the kitchen making me madeleines since I love those things, while eating Goldfish crackers. See? What a domestic diva!! (I had to try cheering myself up somehow.)

And he got stuffs, but his XBox 360 and Left for Dead 4 got delayed in shipping, so aren't here yet.

Socks, a watch, $100, a t-shirt and chopsticks. Pretty neat. I didn't ask for anything :)
Also, I get to run my mothers company.
Everything now goes through me.
I got a small share last year. Basically, I took over one fourth of everything. Paperwork, sales and advertising. Thanks to my fourth, our income grew by 35%.

Under my tree was an iPod Nano Orange 8G, speakers that don't work with that iPod, and a Wacom tablet to replace my shoddy $30 one.

I got the new scee it game for xbox 360.
Cloverfield and Transformers on blu ray.
House seasons 1-3
The new Eddie Gurrero DVD collectors set.

Not yet. My mom wasn't sure which movies I wanted to get on blu-ray. A lot of the movies she saw were ones I already had on DVD so she wasn't sure which ones I wanted blu-ray versions of.
She gave me some money to buy the movies instead. I'm going to pick up a few after work tomorrow. :)

She also crotched me a full scale Sackboy from LBP (very cool).
I got her an Adagio Tea brewer thingy (the one that sits on top of the cup), and a black tea sampler. She loves tea ... and was very happy :)
We also bought The Matrix Trilogy pack at Best Buy yesterday ... all I can say is WOW.
People bitching and moaning that Bluray made no difference to their upscaled DVD experience are obviously not using 1080i/p on a 60" TV. Un-freaking-believable.
