Yep, its quite annoying. I called microsoft and yelled at the Indian phone person till he gave me to an american operator. The person said that there working on the problem. Then i asked what they were going to do for me notw, they said nothing. Then i told them to connect me to Legal, if they dont get a quick fix out or dont even attempt to fix them, im going to get a class action suit against them and i will never buy a microsoft product again. Its getting redicoulus, i have sent mine in twice already, this is complete crap.

Isn't that a little much? You could just let the battery die and restart it. It will probably take less time then legal action.

HAHA! That's why I love my iPod.

klewis, I understand you're frustrated, but do you really think a class action would be worth it? If there's an error on their end, they will fix it. If you were to file a class action, you're going to be paying a lot more in just filing fees than the Zune is worth. And IF your case were to win, the money, after the cut the attorneys each take, would probably amount to a few bucks per person in the suit. Not really worth it. Of course you wouldn't win though. Know why? You have to give the company you're suing a reasonable chance to rectify the problem. If you don't, your case will be thrown out. You would have to show you gave them time and they did nothing about it.

Class Action Lawsuits are a joke. I worked at an evil and super rich corporation that was forcing us to work about 3-5 hours a week in OT for free. There was a CAL, and we got a settlement in proportion to our time with the company. For 2 years of work, I got $120. The pig lawyers soaked up like 80% of the settlement monies. The settlement fund should have been way bigger and the % given to the lawyers should have been 10%.
