Embedded Rev3 videos not working in IE7

I copy and pasted the script from the Revision3 web site to embed the "Tekzilla Daily Tip" on my website. The video works perfectly with Firefox, but in IE7 all I get is an outline of where the Flash player should be with a tiny icon in the upper-lefthand corner. I notice that if I visit the Revision3 website with IE7 I get the same thing when I go to:

How can I fix this?

Looks fine in Opera 10 (alpha) on XP SP2 and OSX 10.6, IE 7 on XP SP2, and Safari on OSX 10.6.

Try clearing cache and trying again.

I just downloaded the latest Flash Player update inside an IE browser and now the video works fine.
