Completely fake.
I'm pretty sure they mentioned on the show that the Bioshock movie is going to exist in Rapture but not follow the game's story-line.

Well I suppose Cast Away was the best footage to use for such a trailer. :-P

Alright, Mega Man. Since it's painfully obvious that you haven't seen them, add these movies to your Netflix queue, right now:
City of Lost Children
Dark City

I don't have netflix, but i'll be sure to add those to my "list to watch."
Sorry Guys
I still think it's a good premise for a movie, but they'd prolly butcher it anyways..

Plane crash was "Cast Away." There's also some "Dark City" here and there.

Hey, no problem. Definitely check 'em out. They're GREAT flicks.
I agree, they'd probably butcher Bioshock. They have yet to make a good videogame based movie.

Gore Verbinski did a much better remake of Ringu than I expected, and did a much better job making a movie out of a Disney ride than I would have ever imagined. I am very curious to see what he could do with Bioshock.

Actually, most of the movies in the youtube description are worth a watch at least once.

Totally off topic and everything, but werent they doing a Gears of war, or some thought into it?
