As i read Superman #683 and saw the JSA/JLA confronting Superman I couldn't help but wonder what Batman would do if he was still around in the DCU right now.
I don't doubt that he has a contingency in case Superman ever decided to go rogue so would he just implement a maxi version of whatever that plan might be (kryptonite poisoning, neutralising their powers somehow)? Or would he try and work with Superman to stop the conflict before it escalated?

I'm surprised NK hasnt used Batman in any way since this event started. I havent been following this since I dropped it 5 parts ago, but I havent heard anyone say he was in NK either.
Somehow have Lex Luthor team up with Batman....that would be something I would love to see.

Batman would have probably been the first person lane went too, but with him gone the next person is luther. Who else but those two know how to kill a lryptonian. Batman would have probably laced their food with kryptonite roofie and have superman put them on neptune where they wont do know harm

Yeah, Batman is RIP at the moment so that's why I was wondering what people thought he might do.

I think he'd probably try and make them stay in New Krypton, have some sort of border patrol, make them get passports to leave, etc. How he'd enforce it is another matter altogether.
Honestly, that's a lot of power to have on earth, and I'm not sure how I feel about throwing it into the mix. It just seems like too big of a challenge to deal with. Lex has been trying to get rid of Supes for years, and now he's responsible for getting rid of 100,000 of them?
It's weird that people think Batman is maniacal enough to kill Kryptonians, work with General Lane, or willing to imprison an entire country of people.
I think he would work with Supes to help the Kryptonians. I could see Batman bitch slapping Kara's mom. That would be boss.

I'm not saying Batman is gonna kill these kryptonians....I'm just saying I would go to Batman way before I would go to Lex Luthor.
Let's see, Batman has won pretty much every fight he's ever had with Superman.
While Lex has been, what, 0-999,999 in fights with Sup?
