Durwin Talon's "Bonds" (Image Comics)

OK. So I collected this small run when it came out. I waited and waited and waited for Issue #3 to be released so I could finish the story. It NEVER came into my LCS. Does anyone know if it actually got released? Should I end my search for a copy? I can't find any decent info anywhere.

I don't remember seeing a third issue. Wasn't that the last one of the series? Pretty sad when we can't even get 3 issues.

I know he has a page over at the Archaia Studios Press website for Scars: A Life Well-Lived which is supposed to be out this year sometime.

Yeah. It was only a 3 issue run. Supposedly it had a release date of 12/26/07. The only place I could find it was on Heavy Ink (http://heavyink.com/comic/1746-Bonds-3). But they list it as "Expected Soon". It never came to my LCS. I didn't have a box, but my friend worked at the shop and kept my issues in his box. I kinda wanted to finish the story. I liked it more than I thought I would.

Ah hah! An answer from Heavy Ink.

""Bonds #3' has still not been released from the original December 2007 release date. We were able to place an order at the end of November for issues of this comic, however, we do not have a current release date. I'll look into this a bit further and let you know once I have more information."

Well, that could be why we never saw it... it never came out. :o

Looks like Issue #3 is going to be released September 2, 2009.
