This weeks poll left out an important Segal movie, Executive Decision in which our man Segal plays the part of Lt. Colonel Austin Travis and is killed about 15 minutes or so into the movie. The entire theatre I was in cheered when he bought it and I've yet to see any of his movies illicit such a positive reaction.

His films are pure comedy.
I love the fight with butter knives at the end of Under Siege, it's so lame, they might as well be bitch-slapping :p So I voted for that.

His best film, in my opinion, also isn't on the list.. "On Deadly Ground" with Michael Caine + Hair dye.
The entire Oil rig is seconds away from blowing up and I can remember to this day shouting "SHOOT the fucker! MOVE IT YOU RETARD!" loudly at the TV. They always have to hang around for that last conversation.
That film also has some comedy gold deaths.. and one liners. "I wouldn't dirty my bullets" :D

I am normally a fan of the type of movies he does, so my wife doesn't understand why I don't like any of the movies he does ... until I mention that JCVD is a better actor than Segal.

I would have to say that his best movie is Under Siege. It's kind of like Seagal's Die Hard. On Deadly Ground is probably a close second. For comedic gold you have to check out his recent direct to dvd movies. Urban Justice is probably the "best" of them as Seagal uses his knowledge of the streets to get revenge on some gang members for killing his son.
P.S. My friend Brian edited that On Deadly Ground video for when we talked about it on our podcast.

Under Siege, definitely. I can never remember any of the others by name.

Under Siege is the only one I could tolerate, though I dislike Segal so much that I've only seen pieces from some of the others.
My favorite Segal moment is a clip from his True Hollywood Story where some guy says "He runs like a girl" and they immediately cut to footage of him doing just that.

Are you kidding me? Marked for Death is the gold standard for which all movies should be made! Screwface FTW!!?!!

Would a better poll have been Worst Steven Segal Movie? That really opens up the field.
Uwe Boll directing a Steven Segal movie would be an instant win in this category

For me it's Hard to Kill. You never forget your first, you know?
It has the best line:
Anticipation of death is worse than death itself!
