I am using vista, and my graphics card is Intel GMA x3100 (yes i know it sucks, but i am a poor high school student and i don't play PC games so its good enough for me). i want to output to my TV with HDMI (the TVs native res is 1366x768 i think, if that matters) but around 10% is being cut off. i saw the Tekzilla clip already about overscan, but their fix was only for Nvidia cards. Can anyone help me?

Try placing TV in progressive scan mode.

I'd save my pennies and drop $40 on a video card off of Newegg that'll kick the snot out of the integrated graphics your PC has and fix any problems like that.

If your TV supports it, try labelling the input you're using as "PC". That should force your TV to auto-adjust the overscan.
