[GAMES] Crash Commando (PSN)

So, Crash Commando came out last month for the PS3 (downloadable title), and while the videos I saw didn't look too great, I bought it anyway and quickly discovered that it's pretty awesome. I played quite a lot of it, mostly in single-player mode. I'm now working on getting the trophies for getting 20 kills with each weapon (in between bouts of Fallout 3). I've only played online a few times, though. Playing with bots in Hard mode is actually hard, because their aim is impeccable. Much harder than the people I played against online before.

So, does anyone else have this game? It's $9.99, and worth every penny. It's like Soldat, but with better graphics and whatnot. There are a bunch of weapons, primary and secondary, several powerups, vehicles... It's like a side-scrolling war game.. Think of Warhawk or Battlefield, then cross that with Contra, pretty much. It's probably the best PSN games to come out since PixelJunk Eden, and half the price of WipEout HD.

I dig it. I hope the TRS guys try it out and review it, because it's addictive and fun.

That looks pretty cool...I'm still not totally done with Pixel Junk Eden or Echochrome so I'm not sure that I should download another game just yet...but this one will probably be next on the list. I'm having a hard time even playing these PSN games with so many good regular PS3 games to catch up on (only had the console for about a month).

Looks pretty interesting, I might have to check it out for 10 bucks. I think i've only downloaded 1 PSN game so far.

Looks cool...It reminds me of Master Blaster. It also seems that the physics are similar to LBP, but less glitchy.

Yep, got it last month...haven't played a lot of it, but once you get used to the controls it definitely has potential to be fun. (It sat unplayed for a week or two, until I decided to go through and load every game I have for the PS3 to get the updates and see which had trophies, etc...I'll definitely get back to it at some point.)
