Unfortunately, right now the only way is to email support@revision3.com - we'll confirm to the email address listed on the account, then delete you.

Sorry you don't want to stick around!

I have stoped watching the Rev3 Shows ever sence they got an investor. The shows lost thier underdog feel, and gained a corporate feel. That is not for me. I really liked the bad sets, poor scripts, simple editing. It lended itself to a more personal brodcast which i really liked. It seems to have lost that for me so I am moving on. I like the idea that people can make compelling content with out having to appease out side investors pocket books.

Y'know, you're right, I think you really have pretty much summed it up.
Not only that, but now with the pretentiousness, came the canceling of
shows. They're only saving grace at this point is the invincibility of the
Diggnation following, and the fact that they've managed to snag Hak5.

www.tikibartv.com is a show that you can see the production get better but i hope it has been by the sucess of selling merch and other marketable trademarks of the show. I know there are close ties between Tiki Bar and Diggnation at least but I really hope Tiki Bar has gained thier sucess on there own.

there is vocation (employment) and avocation (hobby)

eventually almost everyone has to earn a living so yeah they want to get paid

now of course if people did not expect content to to be free then the $ people would never get to have any say

there are amateur astronomers who get some great shots even make major discoveries but for hubble quality it costs (analogy)

bye :)

@skyz

I understand that, I run my own business and there are struggles. I have thought about getting outside investors to boost my visablitly and gain more sales. But what i decided was borowing money to fix money problems is not the answer. I know what it feels like to sift through the couch and look for change to buy milk for my kids. I have stuck through and on my own have increased my visability and have used new and creative ways to market my business and expand it. Now I can choose my own direction my own path I do not have to answer to anyone about the decisions I make with my business.

If an investor give you 1 dollar they want 2 in return. So if they give you 1 dollar because thats what it takes to run your oporation then you need to make 3 dollars to pay them back. So you may be in the same boat not getting paid because the investors want thier money back and every thing you do you have to pay investors first before yourself.

Well, look at it this way... at least your not completely broke,
unemployed, or out in the cold, ...things could be much worse:

...imagine sifting through the couch for enough change to put fuel oil in the furnace.
I tend to agree with you though, they could have avoided the outside investors.

you have only ever posted four times all in this thread. why would you even care about your account? an account you have never used before.

post one: asking for deletion of account.

post two: revision 3 bashing

post three: linking to a competitor

post four: bs

I want to delete my account because I recieved an email because I have this account. Which I usually don't mind if i have an account some where and I recieve emails informing me of new ways I can be involved fine. But I no longer want to be involved so I would like to delete my account. I only posted here because I was having trouble finding a way to delete it on my own.

You don't have to agree with me, or even believe me.
