Could you please turn off autoplay in the new flashplayer? It's really irritating when you are VNC:ing into a computer to download a show and have it slow the VNC-connection down to a near halt. :( I find it irritating even when I'm using it on my own computer. Makes it impossible to open up a few tabs with multiple episodes without stopping every single one. :( With the old player you had a choice.

Could you please fix this?

Yeah, that's annoying. In the old player there was a big Play button...

I agree. Autoplay is annoying as crap. It would be nice to have an option in the account page that lets us decide if we want pages to autoplay, or not.

*Hint* *Hint* :)

You really thought this hadn't been posted/complained about already?

Search is your friend :)

I assume that you are referring to this thread (http://revision3.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17551&highlight=autoplay) (links are better friends :) ) ?

The old way of avoiding autoplay via the screenshot/show title, no longer works. No matter how one goes to the page, it still autoplays. One can't even change the url to autorun=false, anymore.

xfuuey: I know you were trying to help but one should always investigate an issue if all the commotion has died down and then suddenly arises again after some time, before just saying "Search". Especially since there has been obvious changes to the flash player. :) (Sure, had that old thread been posted a week ago or so and everything looked the same I would probably have done the same.)

A better thread to link to (http://revision3.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25113).

Honestly, I just use adblock plus to stop the player from ever loading. Jim obviously isn't going to change his mind, so its just one less thing for my browser to load.

Yea I second using adblock to stop it from loading. Easy and don't have to worry about it.

Ah yes. I forgot about ad block. Problem solved. Thanks for the advice.
