Flash Issues

Sites that utilize flash content are causing both Safari and Firefox to hang. I have installed older versions and newer versions as well. revision3.com/watch is a good example of a site that causes the hang. The only way i can make these sites work is by disabling the plugin. Any thoughts? its getting really frustrating!

I know, adobe dropped the ball on mac version of flash, annoys me too.

Well, it seems that a simple re-install and re-boot fixed the problem. I tried re-installing like 50 times but it seems it really needed the reboot.
