External Hard Drive Question

Does anyone know of an external Hard drive that supports both NIC and USB 2.0 for connectivity? The reason I need this is for my Western Digital HD Media Player. USB connects to Meadia Player and I could upload files to the hard drive through the NIC just tring to save the hassle of unhooking hard drive just to add more files.

Such a device is technically difficult to achieve. When the drive is been accessed by USB the device has to ensure no access from the network.

I'm going to vote for "it probably doesn't exists, if it does it costs more than a normal one"

Yeah for now I have chosen this inexpensive solution.
