Maybe you can help me with a problem. I am trying to install a copy of symantex anitvirus because it is required by the U. When I download it and hit the autoinstaller all goes well until it hits a snag error 1311 tells me that a certain folder is missing. So far nothing from tech support (you know, the people who require me to use it). Any thoughts? Its Vista 64 bit.

get your company IT to deal with the problem? lol kidding... what version of symantex are u using? i know theres like a light one a network one a enterprise one...

The Google searches I assume you did first would probably have worked if you spelled the company name with a "c". ;)

This one looks relevant, but since you didn't specify the file name I don't know for sure.

I did find that but to no avail. it was a download from the school website--no cd available

BTW its enterprise edition.
