Only passengers with exact change were allowed to deplane onto ferry.

But seriously, again hurrah for NYC! Half a dozen ferries with a seating capacity of over two hundred each arrive within minutes. The community just reacts and responds!

Point well taken. and its one of the few waterways that would be improved by a healthy dose of jet fuel.
