Hi everyone, I seem to be having a problem here.

I can't login using Firefox 3, I've searched the forums and found that some members had the same problems several months ago, but since there doesn't seem to be any recent threads about it I assume that it's been resolved for most users. I'm currently using IE7 to access the forums. I've cleared my browser of any and all cookies, but still no dice.

My exact version of Firefox is 3.0.5
I'm using Windows Vista SP1.

If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate, I don't want to have to open IE everytime I log on to the forums (that's the reason this is only my second post).

Thanks!

P.S. I've e-mailed rev3 at support@revision3.com, but they never responded to either of my two e-mails, what's up with that?

Thanks, but the problem isn't staying logged in, it's that I can't log in at all using Firefox.

I've found that in order to login I have to enter my email address instead of my username.

Howdy brycehebert,

I am not able to reproduce the problem with several accounts. Do you have access to another computer that you can use to test your login with using Firefox to see if the problem is isolated to your computer?

This should have been fixed some time ago. Are you still not able to login using your account name?

Hi Chuckles,

Unfortunately I don't have access to a computer that has Firefox installed on it at the moment, however I just used a portable version of Firefox running off my flash drive and I was able to sign in. Maybe something wrong with my installation of Firefox? Should I try reinstalling it?
