Windows start up errors

I had a trojan a while back, and mcafee quarantined it and removed it, but now every time I start up I get two errors saying "can't find winohw32.rom & wvUKeEww.dll" Each have their own box i have to click ok to. Nothing seems to be affected as in daily computer activities.
I googled them and can't find any results. Do I just need to reinstall, or is there an easier way?

download regvac from download.com an then try that first. or you could run regedit, do a search and delete the entries.
