Do You Watch Tekzilla's Daily Tips? [Archive]

Okay, so I've become extremely curious as to just how popular (or unpopular) the Tekzilla dailies are. Myself, I don't really bother with them, nor does anyone I know who watches Rev3. So I'd love to know who among all of you out there actually DO watch them.

You missed the "if I find the topic interesting" option.
I watch some of them, but not all - depending on the content. As a new OSX user, I find myself watching the OSX tips, and as an Opera user I find myself skipping the firefox ones (because Opera does it all ... and so much better anyway :) ).

I would probably if after so many eps like a months worth were combined them into one video at the end of the month.

I didn't vote because you only offer all or nothing choices. If its a topic I'm interested in, yes, I watch them. If its something I have no use for, then no, I don't.

I find myself watching the OSX tips, and as an Opera user I find myself skipping the firefox ones (because Opera does it all.

I at least look at all the ones with bearonica, but stop on all the boring ones about OS-X and IE. Please, no more on IE.

I have to admit to watching a few on topics I wasn't interested in just because of Veronica...I'd swear she could make a story about the processing of raw sewage fun and entertaining :)

Most of the tips are far below the elvel of knowledge I have. This is true of the show to some level as well, but I enjoy hearing patrick/veronicas commentary.

I started watching the ones with Veronica in them, but now all of them do. I'm not saying I had enough of her (because...that's impossible), but I just don't watch them anymore. I watch the main show on Thurs. and that's about it.

I like the idea of the tips, but I would prefer if there was a moratorium on keyboard shortcuts and web browser tips for a while. Maybe replace one TZ daily each week with a "freebie download of the week" kind of thing?

I agree completely here. Too many and they are all alike. If that's all the content you have, stop doing the show. If you have more, bundle five or six of these tiny tips into one.

Please no more keyboard shortcuts or about:config tricks

Normaly, I see what the tip is, If i dont know it I watch it, sometimes that is all week.

I rarely pay attention to what it even is but if I do AND it interests me then I'll watch it. So all in all, I've watched maybe... 3. I like the idea of releasing one big montage of them at the end of the month though.

Religiously on TiVo....even when its Mac related (which I don't use). I just like to be informed.....and watch Veronica.

I do - but I would like the two feeds to be separated if poss. Reason being that I keep most of the dailies just in case I want to watch them again and discard the Tekzillas I've already watched. Not a biggie but would be nice. One other also-would-be-nices is a weekly aggregation into one episode.

Most of the tips I know, but about 1 in 5~10 are new to me. The usefulness of the tips are mostly minor but there are some occasional ones I adopt.

You can subscribe to the dailies and the weekly separately. Click the subscription options on our main page (tekzilla.com) and copy your preferred feed link into your podcatcher. If you're in iTunes, click Advanced, then "subscribe to podcast" and paste the link there.

I can't even bare to watch a short thing, I would rather watch a show that has everything bundled up. Like others have said the once a month thing sounds like something I would like to watch :)
