Google Malware warnings

I seem to getting these warnings on every search result for anything! :confused:
I did just download a fake torrent so maybe it was a trojan from that or something.

I have just started getting the same messages! I thought where could I ask for help, so I came here.

I haven't downloaded any torrents lately, just been doing my regular browsing. Any help?
