How do I get/make a silicone mold like in this video?

After some thinking I decided to go down to the storage and get some silicone tubes I had some left after we had renovated the apartment.

Said and done, I started thinking what could be good to make a shape for the mold. Soap! Its easy to cut to shape and will not stick to the silicone(I hoped).

Here the potato peeler and some soap.

Day2
Mixing the sorbitol and glycerin with the gelatin.

and then we have it all. From left. The mold to make toungues, The soap to make the mold, tounge with weak color, tounge with too much color, and then something not great but almost ok for a dark stage.

...if you're looking for a little more realism, there's a few things you can do:

on your soap positive, add some texture (maybe wet the soap and add salt, sugar, or sand to add "taste buds")

and on the final product, if there's plenty of texture, you can showcase that texture by dusting the fake tongue with makeup. (that's what I'm putting on my tongue in the video, to make it look better).
