Handcuff tricks

I do some lock picking and have always wanted to learn how to get out of handcuffs, any chance of this on a future scam school? I found a magic/escapism company that sells a cut away handcuff and a book on how to get out but I think an episode of Scam School would rock.

the funny thing about handcuffs is that they are fairly easy to get out of, because they are adjustable it leave them vulnerable to several easy ways to break out of them. as well i've hear that all handcuffs use the same key. anyhow something simple like getting out of handcuffs i think would go over well on scam school.
