View Full Version : Missing Items in Order
I ordered 5 shirts and 6 decals on my order. I only received 2 shirts and the decals. I have been charged for everything and the phone number on my order in the package is not working. Any way of finding out what the deal is with the rest of the missing items?
Well I fired off an email last wednesday. Guess if I don't hear back from them next wednesday I will just have to do a charge back for the missing items. All I wants is my diggnation shirt!
Still awaiting for any resolution from this. I was emailed saying they are "working on it"

Well I called my credit card company. they put me in place with a representative for the store. The diggnation shirts are apparently on backorder and they do not know when they are coming in. I have been refunded my money and now have no diggnation shirt.
Glad i got my money, but sad I can not rep diggnation in shirt form.
