Good episode, I like the inclusion of an ingredient such as roses that people wouldn't normally expect. I've really started to like floral stuff in food and drinks over the past couple years and like to experiment with it when I get the chance. My friends had a pizza cook-off that my partner and I won partly because of our secret inclusion of edible flowers as both and ingredient and an edible garnish. I also like floral based liquers such as Creme de violette and I really like some scotches that have a floral hint in the nose. I've never had rose water but I'd love to try it sometime. I actually recently had an elderflower soda that was really amazing and I'd never heard of anyone actually branding a flower based soda. It can be found here for anyone interested: http://www.globalbeverageenterprises.com/1.html
I also really have to try that cheesecake shake. It looks really amazing. Anyway, keep up the good work.

ok, so in the show I heard Dana say tablespoon of sugar, but in the "ingredient card" it said TSP, isn't that teaspoon?
