Bittorrent RSS feeds for HD [Archive]

Hello,
I regularly download many Rev3 shows in HD. After reading what happened to the bittorrent tracker, I thought about setting up my own home server as a tracker for offering a third party RSS feed to get Rev3 shows in HD over bittorrent to save Rev3 some bandwidth. I realized I should first ask if it were legal to do so and if so any ideas/advice on setting this up?

I don't see any reason not to. I'll use the tracker if you set it up.

Edit: Or on second thought, this might cut into the ad revenue. Like what happened with the paid subscriptions.
