Hey gang-- just wanted to poke my head in and apologize for not having been around for the last few days.
We're right in the middle of south by southwest here in Austin, and it's been like nothing I've ever experienced: In the last 48 hours, I've given a lecture panel on "social engineering," opened for the biggest live diggnation I've seen yet, shot 4 segments for scam school, and met most of my online heroes.
We've still got 3 more intense days to go (looking forward to the live TRS show!), but I'll do my best to keep you posted.
(and don't worry: just about everything awesome so far has been caught on video... can't wait to share with you guys!)

Thanks for the update. I'm guessing you will be too busy to be doing any bbliveshows during the madness, right?

Have fun, I had a blast at SXSW last year, sadly I'm not in TX anymore so I can't make it over

from the looks of radzack's twitter they wrapped shooting and were trying to figure out where to go....there might be some late night shenanigans as from radzack's videos it looks like he is staying at casa de shwood

Yeah, tonight ended up pretty brutal. we finished 6 eps of scam school, and THEN jumped out to the party scene. Tomorrow should be a little easier (just interviews and parties), so I (if we make it home earlier), we should be able to make something work.
SXSW is crazy. I mean stupid. I mean... seriously: parties are work?!?

I considered going to SXSW this year, but was a bit put off by the price for the conference (multi-hundred dollars, IIRC). Then I ended up having some stuff scheduled here so that I couldn't reconsider and go at the last minute.
...and then I saw the steady stream of tweets coming in from like half the people I follow about how cool SXSW was. *sigh*
...and how good the BBQ was. *double sigh*
I need to go next year.
I wonder if I can figure out how to get on a panel to hopefully get around that high registration cost.
