This is when living in small town Nova Scotia, Canada really sucks. I'll never get to see them do a live show :(
I think they need to do a cross Canada tour, and make sure they stop by Halifax.

You can too. If you fly to the US! You can hit up my couch. I'm going. The wonderful thing about being where I am is that all the cool shit goes down here.

I would totally love to move to SF. I hate the cold, and the boring. I am planning to take a trip or a few down in a few years when I have some money, but right now I am poor and have to pay for school the next 4 years.

I live in the Bay Area and I don't see that much cool shit go down.

And does anyone know how much it costs to get in to the expo?

Yeah but you don't live in small town Nova Scotia. Anything is cool shit to me. We don't even have a Wal-Mart or a Macdonald's!

I dont see why you would want any of those in your town. Those 2 stores bring weird people.

Either you get out way more than I do so that everything is boring or you don't get out enough. What town?

Nova Scotia seems like it would be a gorgous place to visit, but yeah, living there might be killer.

Can you get student aid and live somewhere else for school?

Yeah I don't really like walmart or macdonalds, I am just saying it's small. But yes it is a nice place, and I want to go to school here. My girlfriend does also, so I think I will stick around for now. I don't mind it except for the cold winters, and the fact it's kind of small and not much happens.

Novato, it's in the northbay Marin County region.

Well, that's Novato. If you were in Sausalito, I'd have to smack you. Up in Calistoga there is this old mental hospital. It needs probably $100k to be put into it to restore it, but it's absolutely amazing. My dream is to be able to buy that place and fix it up. The structure of the building is gorgously gothic.

I'm in San Jose in one of the little fingers that sticks out and claims what should be another town. The block my apartment complex is on is San Jose, those right next to is are Santa Clara. Like that gives you any idea.

I would imagine that an old mental hospital would be somewhat haunted? You're lucky, atleast you live in a city that has fun things like a sports team, a grand prix, and I'm guessing there's a nice mall there?

Being that I was going to go to MacWorld anyway, this will just top off the day quite nicely. Just one question...which day will it be? as the expo is 4 days. Unless you're doing 4 of them.

Of course it'd be haunted. :)

We have several malls, including one opened by what's-that-computer-company that ended up being a giant waste of space. As in they can't keep stores in it. Though they do have a pretty nice skating rink.

Will they let Kevin in, with his little "leak" :)

lol, hopefully every that shows up has a great time. I'm located in rural missouri, so nothing ever happens around here like that. If you guys ever want to do a diggnation and hang out at a rodeo, let me know. It may be something like out of the Borat movie:)

NO! NononononononononononoNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I'm tired of everyone coming to my home state and running off all the natives. Know how many friends I have who are in California and are actually native? ONE, and he's hundreds of miles south.

Okay, so I'm kinda pissed right now that my ex Daniel, who I asked to come here, is now trying to get all kinds of people from his home state to move here and he's acting like the authority on California history, culture, etc.. Um, NO, dude, Cali's history, especially politically, is more in depth than you're gonna learn from reading The Onion (seriously).

Interesting...Charlotte is the same way. I'm the only one I know who was born and raised here who is still around. I guess banks, Nascar, and mediocre sports teams drove everyone out.

BRILLIANT!

Just checked flights, pricey but worth it after the superb London show. Are many other diggnation fans planning on travelling over from England/Europe?

I'm gonna book a few days off work tommorrow for it, and book flights mid week, if any one wants to join us and make it a digg party the whole way, let's do it!!
