Need better supplier for bottle opener

My bottle opener broke after opening about 5 bottles of beer total. Not cool.

Here are my tips for the proper use of the bottle opener:
1. Put bottler opener directly above the beer cap.
2. Gently pop the cap in and down and up movement.
3. If the beer cap gets stuck inside the bottle opener, please remove.
4. Repeat for next beer cap removal.

Your Bottler Opener may have been broken if you haven't follow the above instructions or:
1. You placed the Bottler Opener above the Beer Cap and Slammed down hard on it causing the Bottle Opener to break and shatter.
2. You may have forgotten to removed the previous Beer Cap before attempting to open another Beer Bottle.

It's true that those Beer Cap Removal Apparatus are made from a very weak material. They need to built it in a more resistant material but, you should also take care of your Bottler Opener.

I only used it about 5 times total, and not more then 1 bottle of beer at a time so the old cap was always removed. When it broke I was pushing down, I didn't push hard at all and when it popped up a spring fell out of the opener and now I can hear something broke inside.

I have the very original one. You know, the one they had on the show. We've abused the hell out of it with so much use and tossing around and it works great. When we open bottles, I kinda slam down hard because it's fun. Still not broken. They should go with whoever made that one. It's very sturdy and made of awesome.

I just got my diggnation bottle opener in the mail and a spring fell out of it before i even used it. Is there a way to fix it or should i just send it back in?

Yea right out of the box one was jammed up and a second had the spring fall out after opening 1 beer. Super snotty cheap knock offs of the metal higher quality openers that can be found elsewhere. For $10 and 7 bucks shipping I was hopping these were quality but they sure as heck aren't. I'm sure ill have to eat the return shipping that was less than half what I was initially charged, via the same method :-/.
