View Full Version : Wrong shirt in order

I ordered two shirts and one of them was the wrong shirt. I can either buy the shirt I wanted at 10% off and free shipping and keep the wrong shirt or send the wrong shirt back, get credited and then they will send the right shirt. It sounds like they think I am lying about getting the wrong shirt, which is upsetting when I am trying to support Revision3. So, I'm waiting for them to tell me the address to send the wrong shirt back to them. It took me two emails to get a response and has been over a week since my first email. I'm never ordering from the store after this. If they want to do customer service like this, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I never got a reply email with the address to return the wrong shirt, but they did send me another wrong shirt in the mail. I just got my 2nd Revision 3 Kill Your Television shirt instead of the SYSTM shirt I ordered back on February 28th. I sent them another email about this, so we'll see what happens.

The same thing is happening to me! I ordered a SYSTM shirt and received a kill your television shirt as well. This tells me they are putting the wrong shirts in there on purpose for whatever reason, and just hope we wont complain. After multiple emails they I accepted the %10 off + free shipping offer. Its been days ever since and theres no response on how to proceed! Its been days and im really dissapointed with the support. The phone number on the paper invoice doesnt even work! It says ive called a non-working number.

We try to support Rev3 and look how they treat us in return. If nothing happens I am going to try to open a dispute with my bank regarding the charge. I assume you got the same run around emails.. "We are investigating the issue..." ..Yeah, right.

So they want the shirt returned before they'll send out another one. What's wrong with that?

Also they don't personally know you. There are a lot of dishonest people who would try to get two shirts for the price of one. Don't take it personally.

Id believe that if they answered their support emails. Its been 5 days without a response. They obviously dont care. You shouldn't be defending their position here. They are the ones who made the mistake, and they are the ones who are not fixing the problem.

On the 25th, I received an automated email telling me that it has been forwarded on to management. Still nothing more as of today.

If they wanted to send me a prepaid mailer to send back the wrong shirts, I would have been fine with it. As it is, they won't tell me the address to send the shirts back to. I have asked repeatedly, but been ignored. Their customer service is terrible and it is only hurting Revision3, because I don't trust the store.

If I was nefariously stealing shirts from Revision3, wouldn't I have said that BOTH shirts were missing or wrong? Or is that also part of my devious plan to make them send me the wrong shirt twice?

To pay for my mailing the two wrong shirts back, they said they would credit my credit card for the original shipping charge upon receiving the shirts. According to the United States Post Office delivery confirmation they received it on April 18th, but have not contacted me, credited my account or answered my email. The only time they ever replied to an email within three weeks was when I said that their refusal to tell me the return address meant that I could keep the shirts, they responded within 15 minutes. I thought I was angry at the beginning of this, but how could I ever buy anything from them again after this?

I got a nice apology from Mr. Prager on April 18th, I just wish the store was as cordial. I have never had such a long, stupid drawn out problem with anything I've ordered online.

This morning, I finally got an email saying that they had received the package and my refund would be on my next months bill. We shall see if it happens. Hopefully just one more post saying it actually happened and I can move on with my life. So, three months to order two shirts. Maybe I'll try again in the future if they fire their current store and hire somebody who knows what they are doing.
