With GDC taking place this past week I've been reading all the coverage and it made me think back to this:

It's a '1UP Special' from last year, I thoroughly enjoyed it and eagerly awaited another edition but it never came round.
If you haven't seen it before I highly recommend giving it a watch it's really interesting and even has the very awesome Mark MacDonald.
I personally would love to see the guys revisit this show, anyone else? Would you guys (Area 5) even want to/be able to do it again?

How odd... I was just reminded of this same video last night, when I was watching Dylan Cuthbert's video tour of Q-Games' studio in Kyoto.
Definitely one my favorite videos on the net. Interesting people, interesting talk.

Ha, it was actually seeing a picture somewhere of Dylan Cuthbert specifically that made me think of it. Odd indeed.

I would love to do RSVP again. Perhaps someday it will happen, someday..

Well that's certainly good to hear.
It's a shame you guys weren't a little more settled in time for GDC, I imagine that would've been a perfect time to do something like RSVP again. There's been alot of developer discussions similar to it on podcasts over the last week, it really have peaked my interest for a show that's exclusively that.

Mmm, I'm not too sure about that. Honestly Eric Wolpaw was the only one of the three on the first episode that I knew of, I really enjoyed it all the same though. The stories of their different experiences in game development was very interesting.
Personally, and I'm a bit bias in this, I'd love to see someone (else) from Valve on, BioWare too one of the Drs perhaps and maybe one of the guys Bungie. Those are a bit obvious though and just people I'd personally like to hear from as I love their games but like I said I think the discussion could be really interesting even if I hadn't heard of the people speaking.

After hearing him on ListenUP I'd have to agree, he'd be great.
