So I had never been a fan of tea but after getting back into the world of Diggnation I decided to try out Adagio tea. Being a retired green tea drinker, I decided to try the green tea sampler as well as the revision3 sampler and pick up a ingenuiTEA with it as well.
One word: Awesome
Seriously guys, I am not getting paid for this, I have no affiliation with Adagio and I must say...this is a company that really gets it, has formed a community, produces a quality product, and puts the customer first. If you haven't checked this out, I highly suggest it. Props to revision3 for picking up an ideal (in my mind) sponsor.
But! This was not just one big sell for Adagio.com. Being the genius marketers they are, they decided to set up a community and integrate Web 2.0 into their business so after your first purchase, you can create an account, post on forums, add friends, see what your friends are drinking, their reviews, etc. I was wondering if any of you guys had accounts there. It seems to go by your real name but someone can correct me if I am wrong on this.
At the same time, I don't want to spam my name too much but it is in the benefit of others if I say it. Once you have made a purchase there, you have the option to send $5 gift cards to friends. So if anyone wants a gift card, I am not saying get it from me, you can of course (just private message me or shoot me an e-mail (kevinpoirier712@gmail.com)) find a friend who has purchased tea from Adagio and get them to hook you up.
If you are an avid tea drinker, a fairly informed tea consumer, or a complete no0b like myself, check Adagio out.
Here's my profile if anyone wants to add me as a friend and I'll add you back and see what you are drinking.

I too LOVE adagio, one of my close friends who is Buddhist, Vegan and also an avid tea drinker (this guy spends an upwards of $100 for just a small bag of tea) would have me over for tea every once in a while - we would just chill listen to his Buddhist music and drink some tea. After I moved I no longer got to experience good loose leaf tea till I learned about Adagio through Diggnation. Now I drink tea fairly often and its wonderful and also cheap. There IngenuiTEA teapot and samples are amazing for people who don't want to spend too much.
It has a great community, great costumer service (one time my order got lost in the mail and they sent me a new one, no questions asked), they have a podcast (Adagio TeaV hosted by Zack from BBnB), another time I got a free sample of something they were working on with my purchase, there on twitter (@Adagioteas (http://www.twitter.com/adagioteas)) - and sometimes tweet coupon codes for a free gift certificate. So there just an overall great site that just gets what people want nowadays.
You can also create your own signature blends which is fun, and for each person who buys your blend you get 10 points added to your account and when you reach 100 you get a $10 gift certificate. Ive created several blends and its great to try your own blend and also see what other people think of them.
Of all the diggnation teas I recommend both of Glenns, they are fantastic. Also, Alex's Executus is a good fruity tea that even some of my non tea drinking family like. I got the sampler when it was discounted and there all pretty good though.
My acc is linked in my sig, add me if your on there.

Geez, I wonder how long before the tea fad is over. I grew up drinking tea regularly, always having at least half a dozen, and it makes me roll my eyes at all the people who are into the latest fad. In a few more years, it'll be coffee, or maybe different fizzy waters, or perhaps flavoring different beers with Kool-Aid. Who here would have thought a few years ago that they'd be all into tea right now?

One word: AwesomeMy wife is a huge tea drinker - except she like hers black most of the time. I got her the black tea sampler with the ingenuiTEA for Christmas, and she loves it too.
It has a great community, great costumer service (one time my order got lost in the mail and they sent me a new one, no questions asked)They are pretty good with regular customers too. You don't need to be a spandex clad superhero wannabe, cosplayer or LARPer to get great service from them.

Who here would have thought a few years ago that they'd be all into tea right now?I think the big thing is the explosion of tea varieties that are now readily available. 15 years ago, Russian Caravan tea was an exotic tea. Now its almost passé.
Our local highend supermarket (if it can be called that - it goes beyond a supermarket (http://www.southernseason.com/)) has a tea section where they have loose blends they will bag for you. Ditto on the exotic coffee blends (they started out in the mid 70's as a gourmet coffee shop/roaster).
While Adagio is good, walking into A Southern Season, my wife can pick up 4oz or 8oz of her favourite blends (Jasmine Tea FWIW).
As an aside, when we were in Italy back in 2001, we went through a village called Rapallo on the Italian Riviera. The place we stopped for morning tea/breakfast sold beer with flavour shots (chocolate, amaretto, etc). I'd have loved to try it out, but the idea of flavoured beer at 10:00am was a bit much for me :)

I've been drinking tea since I was little and sipping form my mothers, but I'm not going to hold it above people who drink it because their driends are doing it. I'm just glad to see it getting some appreciation. Like Token said, theres so much great stuff readily available now that we just didn't see before. I'm down with that.
I've been off caffeine for years, only drinking decaf, but slowly this month I've been letting it move back in. Probably not the best decision, but I've been enjoying some new stuff. I've been drinking a lot of home made iced tea and iced green tea lately. Very good.

I remember in college I could drink leftover party beer at 10:00am, but I think it was Ass-flavoured beer. :D

Some of my family members that aren't a fan of green/white tea like some of the herbal teas ive had them try. Chamomile and Blood Orange come to mind.

Check out out some of the bundles here:

Also, for an entry to tea with you not preferring green tea, try these:
http://www.adagio.com/white/white_blueberry.html?SID=11e8e935969b85757882a76f0 ba0bc63
And the following two are herbal, no caffeine:

http://www.adagio.com/herbal/lemon_grass.html?SID=11e8e935969b85757882a76f0ba0b c63
Apart from Adagio, I would pick up this pu-erh:
http://www.silkroadteas.com/servlet/the-483/Beencha-Pu-dsh-erh-%28Bian-Cha/Detail
--- it's a bit more costly that what we have, but that's a LOT of tea...and pu-erh is a very tasty tea, among other things.
Hope this helped.

I'll preface my comment by saying that I've done comparisons and find that for the most part adagio has the best prices per ounce compared to a couple other online vendors I've tried out.
But the blends are kind of over priced. Perfect example is the Diggnation "blend" Red Death Rooibos. It is just Rooibos tea, no blending, but costs $10 for a 4oz tin, head over to the Rooibos section on the adagio site and you'll find that the same $10 will get you the 8oz tin, or you can buy 4oz for $6.
I love adagio and have ordered from them a number of times but the blends aren't for me because of how they are priced.
