Is there any software that will allow people on my site to page me through my MSN Messenger ID? Plugoo seemed to be what I was looking for but their website doesnt have the software any more.

with MS Messenger, i like using Meebo

They provide connections to MSN, Yahoo, AOL/AIM, MySpace, Facebook, Google Talk.
For you website, use Meebome.

They will provide the script that you can paste on your site to connect your users to your IM. As long as you are logged in, you can see how many people have that page open.

I use digsby for my site http://www.pcmuze.com/email-us, thats an example. It's a full client messenger and social network platform. I like it over meebo cause you dont have to be logged in a website to use it just turn on your messenger and they can see your on from the webpage! plus when they im you you can see their ip and time on page etc...
