For about a week now when I am using the flash player and click the X on an overlayed ad the player goes wild. The big white play button appears over the video even though it is still playing, but it goes away when clicked. I also lose the ability to pause the video and the current time is displayed as NaN:NaN:NaN (NaN = Not a Number). Is this happening to anyone else?

EDIT: this has happened on multiple shows/episodes for about a week now

It would be nice to know what OS, browser and flash version you are running.

Also, have you tried other automatic distribution methods. I use Miro, but RSS + Torrent I'm sure is another option.

Edit: Add to Revsion3.com support forum

What version of flash are you using? You can find out what version you're using here (http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15507). If you're not on the latest and greatest, is upgrading an option? If so, please do so and see if it fixes the problem.

At home: Windows 7 beta, Chrome 2.0.16.1, latest flash version
At work: Windows XP pro, Chrome 2.0.16.1, latest flash version

not exactly sure what causes the problem since it doesn't always happen, but it seems to be caused by clicking the X on the banner ads.

We made some changes last, are you still having issues?

Yup, I am.

I just reinstalled winXP sp3 and have newest Flash player installed.
In Firefox 3 Rev3 Vids just load and load and load...They never play.

Youtube vids work OK with my FF.
Rev3 vids even work in Firefox with an IE Tab.

I tried un/reinstalling Flash player and plug in but no go...yet.
Thanks for any info.

ps...
I also have AdBlock + ext. in FF
(plus a few others)

PSSS...
I just disabled AdBlock Plus ext. in FF and now Rev3 vids play in FF.
Well that sorta sucks....Ad's suck too.
Any work around for this?
Thanks again.

PSSSS....
I just "disabled" the top few adblock "blocks" that were most recent while trying to watch rev3 vids. It now plays with FF and AdBlock + turned on....for now.

Unfortunately we cannot get rid of the ads. Ads pay our bills and keep us in business. If you don't like the flash-ads, feel free to download the .mp4, .wmv, or .avi files which do not come with pre-roll, overlay, and post-roll ads.

Thanks Chuckles for your response...
Yup, The shows I watch regularly I get them via rss/ipodder.
Having them load on the website is not that big a deal to me...
but you know how it goes...something didn't "work" so I needed to figure out why...
and "fix it".

Thanks again and...
btw...
Where are the first 3 episodes of Digg Dialog?
#4 was cool but I don't see the others on the site or in my rss pile.

Keep up the great work. ;)
