Looking for a new Camcorder

Hey guys, watching the editing in TRS everyweek has really reaffirmed my love for video editing and filming. Im looking for an HD Camcorder that is reasonably priced but still good enough quality for making decent videos. If anyone could help me out with a couple ideas of cameras to get, that would be greatly appreciated.

Ive heard some bragging about the new SONY HD cameras. Cant remember what the exact name was, but its one of those new portable cameras they have. You should check them out.

But yeah, Ive been to the idea of making something myself. Although my show probably would suck, its really exiting

Sadly I can't speak on specific cameras. However, I highly recommend getting one with some quality image stabilization specs.

I got a couple video projects myself and when I get camcorders I'm probably going to buy two of the same one. Mainly to get consistency with the look.
