Chuckles Needs Your Help

Hi all,

We're looking into adding album art and other metadata into our .mp4 files. But before we put it into production, we would like to be sure that it doesn't break compatibility with the various software/devices that you guys and gals use to enjoy our shows. I would really appreciate it you awesome folks can download this file (http://bitcast-a.bitgravity.com/revision3/chuck/diggnation--test.mp4) (diggnation #198) and let us know if it works or not.

(This file will NOT work on iphone/ipods so no need to try on those)


For iPhone/iPod and other hand held devices, please use this file (http://bitcast-a.bitgravity.com/revision3/chuck/scamschool--test.mp4) (scamschool #57) to test.

Played it in iTunes on OS X Leopard. Saw album art and metadata. Video played fine.

all worked fine and showed album art/meta data

Plays just fine here as well.

Windows XP Pro using Media Player Classic (with Quicktime Alternative).

Thanks to all who helped test the files. All new release mp4 files will have album art on it.

That is what we're suspecting because we have not made any changes since we fixed the original problem. Could you try re-downloading Co-Op #110 (http://www.podtrac.com/pts/redirect.mp4/bitcast-a.bitgravity.com/revision3/web/coop/0110/coop--0110--bbq--hd720p30.h264.mp4) to see if you're seeing the same problems?

hi yes 110 works but 111 doesnt it all the latest shows released today. trs and tekzilla are also not working

Figured out what the problem is. Unfortunately we're just absolutely swamped right now, so we will not be able to put the replacement files out just yet. Hopefully by tomorrow.
