Hi guys,

I'm a Diggnation fan from Melbourne and am hitting LA and San Francisco in a couple of weeks......

Can someone let me know when the next live shows are coming up, just on the off chance that there's one on while I'm in California?

Doesn't look like you will be in luck since they usually plan these things pretty far in advance and doesn't look like any dice for episode 200. With that said, if you are around the UCLA area or want a tour of UCLA, let me know and would love to tour around a fellow diggnation fan. Peace.

When you find yourself wanting a beer in L.A., Red Rock is very Aus friendly.

And if we you haven't heard of a live show being mentioned during an episode, why would we know different ?

Thanks, but I don't want Aus friendly....I dont travel for the sake of looking for something like what I'm used to already.

Yeah, you're right.....travelling accross the globe, I shouldn't even consider checking with others that I haven't missed something, or take advantage of some potential local knowledge, etc.....Sorry.

Just saying, you would have heard about a live show, by now, unless your travel dates are set way off in the distance from now. If you're talking about local live shows that aren't diggnations or TRS, then what did you have in mind ?

And Red Rock is located in the heart of the Sunset Strip. All of the bars/restaurants/clubs in that area are going to charge you a fortune to get in and eat and drink. And everyone will turn around when you walk in and give you a judging glance. They are fun places to go to, as you will find yourself laughing at people that are the kinds of people that you didn't know existed before, but Red Rock is an amazing mix of people all getting along together very well. You'll have a good time there and get to interact with a variety of people who are all different, but have let down their snobby noses or prejudices to all hang out in a cool environment together. It's great people watching as well, becuase of it's location, plus the food, beer, and people that work there, are all great and reasonably priced for the area.

I bought Grinspoon drinks there once actually, you'd know who they are. Costas Mandylor is a regular there too.
