Okay... I can't seem to find a STRAIGHT answer from others who have did this since they only ran Windows 7 on their Macbook pro when it original was first in BETA.
Does anyone know if while running windows 7 on your macbook pro if they can use the double finger gesture or bottom right side of the pad to make right click work?
I don't want to use an external mouse. Just the laptop itself.
Thank!! :D

I always end up giving my computers double finger gestures when ever I wo...er...wait a minute...you don't mean those kinds of gestures :D
Seriously, if no one answers you sooner I'll pester a friend who has Win7 running on his MBP when I see him Sunday and find out.

Thanks! :D I just keep searching and searching and finding everyone that did this back in Jan - Feb and no one from recent builds. I don't own a Macbook Pro but I've been seriously considering one over a Studio XPS 16. But Windows 7 + OS X is a must. If I can get internets + right click ill be a happy camper.
I'd like to see some rumors about the 15" Pro running 1920x? sometime in the future too ;)

I believe that the right-click behavior is controlled by the drivers that Apple provides for the Windows environment. If the Vista drivers work with Win7, the two-finger and bottom right clicks will just work. The other way to right-click is to Option-click, I think (or one of the other modifier keys - I can't remember). That might work without the touchpad driver.

With a two button mounse, even the right click worked on osx on ppc machines.

Yah I knew it worked before. But I was hoping for a "Yes the drivers work and I am using it right now" type of thing. In theory the Vista drivers should work perfectly fine! but I was hoping for verification.
