Any one really good at editing audio?

Hi,

I need some one to clean up this really important audio file. The first 5 minutes of it, is kinda garbled.

Please I really need help on this.

Um, have you used a service such as yousendit, rapidshare, rapidsendit, etc. to upload it for anyone who wants to get the file?

I don't want to release this to the public but if some one is really good at editing audio, I have my own hosting and will host it and email them the url they can down load it at.

The first 5 min of the audio has this garbled noise over top the voices.

Please some one help
