Come on guys,
Martin always tells us a story, why don't we share some of our own.
There was once a goat named bill. he lived on a farm with other goats, nothing that special, just a few acres in the south.
One day a large man came and chose Bill because he was the ugliest of the goats. He said that he wouldn't feel bad about eating an ugly goat.
Bill spent the night tied inside a trailer with a tarp pulled over the top. He was brave and when morning came the sound of a woman awoke him. Before he knew it he had arrived at the slaughter house. There he was fed a great last meal of grain and corn. Early the following morning Bill was put down. He was skinned and cleaned but not slaughtered, the large man had agreed to do that.
Once that goat arrived at the home of the large man, he had to be put in the freezer, for the man had not got home from work yet.
Bill had trained his whole life, he was lean and tall, too tall in fact. Bill's legs were too long for the chest freezer. Luckily the corner gas station let him be placed on the bottom shelf behind the soft drinks.
Later that day bill was picked up and prepared for the feast that would come.
He fed roughly 40 SCA members all dressed in their garb. Some liked him and some did not. Either way I'm sure Bill didn't like any of us...
