I've been through 3 so far. Jabra BT2010 (speaker eventually went), then BT530 (it worked great but never stayed in my ear), and MOTO H670 (fit great on my ear but sound of people hearing me was echoey & crackles on both ends).
Am thinking about Plantronics 520.
I have a Nextel i365 phone.
Any feedback help is appreciated.
