Can't Locate Rules Thread

I'm new to these forums, so forgive me if this is a foolish question.

In most forums, I tend to find the rules/tips/Terms of Use/Terms of Service threads but I'm having difficulties with finding them in these forums. The only ones I noticed are the stickies. Any more? :)

First thread in the Announcements (http://revision3.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=17) area.
Some forum areas have supplemental posting guidelines - and you will find them as stickies at the top of the forum.
