Low Volume on video downloads

I watch 4-5 shows and find the show's volume to be extra low. All the small xvid video downloads have low volume and I need to crank my player's volume to almost max to hear them. This started a few month ago. (no its not my player because I watch non-r3 videos and they stayed constant)
Whomever is encoding these shows needs to do some volume leveling or something.

I'm getting it in shows like Systm, Tekzilla and Diggnation. Scam School has always seemed to be fine.
