Sacred 2 - Fallen Angel

Just picked it up today. It's a Diablo-like RPG, and it's not too shabby at all.

If anyone has it for PS3 and wants to play some co-op, add me up.

This game is huge...

I've put in 10 hours and it says I've discovered 2.8% of the map.. I've done about 21 quests out of 500-600 overall. Killed 0 bosses (there are at least 25, according to the trophy list). Very large world.

It's like Oblivion + Diablo put into a blender. I hear some very familiar guitar chords at times - sounds just like the town music from Diablo (that could be just my bad memory, though.. But my wife noticed it too).

Oh yeah, and my wife likes the game. She dropped in on my game for an hour or so, and decided she wants to play her own campaign later on.

Anyhow. I don't work for cdv or Ascaron or anything like that.. It's not a perfect game or anything, just pretty fun. I'm just happy to have a Diablo-like game on PS3. :) It's way better than Dark Kingdom, for sure.

Sounds intriguing. My wife was addicted to both Diablo 2 and Oblivion. Do I dare bring it in the house. Is it downloadable?

Retail game for PS3 and 360 (and an older release for PC). The 360 version is buggy as hell right now, with many reports of saved data corruption. I haven't found any bugs, really, on the PS3 version. I'm sure there are some, but none yet for me.

I didn't play much of Diablo 2 - I did not like the changes they made to it. So I got to like, the second level or something.. a desert? I don't know. Diablo 1 is what I was referring to, though I suppose they are reasonably similar.

In any case, the company needs to release a demo because their trailers are all very shitty. There is a PC demo, but I dunno if it's any good on PC. You'd think so, but I've heard it's no good on there. I don't PC game, so I couldn't say. Only that I like it on my PS3. Gamepad controls work exceptionally well. Diablo 3 should come to console, IMO. This proves it can work very well.

Hah, no problem.

I wanna play more, but my issue is that inFamous has me hooked at the moment, so my gaming time is kinda occupied.

I shall return, at some point. ;)
