Yeah, duplicate threads in different sections doesn't make a lot of sense. That and it's off topic and isn't related to the show, so it really only makes sense in general.

Just my thoughts.

He is a shock jock on the radio probably plays music and his first ep he complained about MTV (Music Television) :D

So I think it goes just fine. It is a way for the community to find common interest in music which leads to talking then to possible friendships.

Looks to me you are only complaining because of the area of the forums it is in. Never mentioned it before in other areas of the forums with the same thread.

No, it's not that at all. I actually didn't know there were threads like this in the other forums. I thought there was just the one in General. I almost never post in the Tekzilla forum and never got into Popsiren.

Just giving my 2 cents. :)

I started this thread not to be a duplicate but to add something positive to this area because I see music as instrument that can bring people together. Too much anger in this area not as bad as it once was but it is still there.

Man, I could rip on him for days for that thing.

He tells a real funny story rippin on himself about when he had long hair and was obsessed over it. Then when he realized he was losing his hair, he flew across the country without letting anyone know and spent a bunch of money to get hair plugs or some shit. It turned out AWFUL, lookin like he had a goat on his head. Showed up on Monday all of a sudden after shaving it all off. I'll try and find the audio...

If you have heard of this band, I will be wildly surprised. Mainly because back in 1998, I had to have a friend burn me a CDR of this album (back when CDR's were a weird blue color) simply because we couldn't find it anywhere -- anywhere (I'm not joking). My friend got the scratched up cd from a used music store somewhere. The CD was so rare, I had to call up Todd "XL" Stevens on the phone and order from him personally, a couple of years later.

I think you mentioned something about me and you disagreeing about religion. Well, this is a Christian Rapcore band. Now before you instantaneously write it off (I know there have been many a inferior Christian metal band), this band is a rare exception. In fact, I'm shocked that these guys didn't take off. I think the reason is because, for a Christian band, they were way, WAY too hardcore. I mean, these guys were Pantera level "balls to the wall". (IMHO)

Its just basically one of those CD's where every song is awesome, and you never get tired of listening to the songs. I've listened to this album who knows how many times.

The CD has a long, sad story about the record label shafting the band ---> XL lost everything etc... I think he now owns a small record label though.

One last warning, if you are somehow interested and able to find the CD (which may be possible with the advent of Ebay). Don't listen to it when you are driving down the interstate. You will be going 100mph in no time :D :D.

Seeing that you like easy-going, laid-back music, you may like Jawaiian music. So I got some "Life is Perfect" by Nuff Sedd for you.
