zombie flowers looks really fun, but like casual games are far too much of a time sink for me. and i love the iphone section, the store recommends sucks, word of mouth is where's it at. lol jay fresh the coach loved the skit! urr… god… hhahahaaha

i think the way to "fix" first person fighting groups is to find a way to parry and stun opponent, not just blocking but parrying attacks, countering and stunning then move on.

and idk for bionic commando, it's a shame i know but just zero interest

Great narrative this week. I just wonder what next week's will be though. Will Jim Louderback withhold essential funds at the last minute? Will a monster destroy all the cameras? Or will Rob's car have a flat tire again??? Tune in next week to find out ;)

It is fun.
I played it after watching this episode and i cant stop. Its soo addictive and theres quite a lot of depth to it.
Dont play it if you want a life, i keep on saying to myself "oh just one more level!"

Great episode of course, though I am sad about Bionic Commando, I was hoping it was a much much better game. Though I will probably still pick it up.

Haha, awesome episode. The training montage was great, camera equipment as the weight.

Very intrigued by Zeno Clash, even more so after you guys said it was only done by so little people. And the fighting mechanic looks pretty solid.

Sway looks too good to be an iPhone game. Then again, I don't see too many iPhone games in 3D. I'm glad there's a lite version to try. $5 is still a lot to me for an iPhone game I've never heard of.

You know what I love about this show? While I like it when you cover "AAA" games, what I really love is when you cover games that may fly under the radar. I've been playing Plants vs. Zombies nonstop since I've watched this episode and been playing Drop7 every time that I have a random 5 minutes to kill. You guys are great, keep helping us discover new games!

Wow this episode was absolutely packed with great discussion on some of the year's greatest games yet. Really loved the segments on this episode. The part with the cardboard cut-outs was hilarious.

I know you guys have always been about creating a cinematic vibe around your discussions, but I would love to see some of those hilarious pranks Shawn Elliot and Jay Fresh did on the last season of The 1up Show. The "game on a fishing line" bit and Fable 2 parody had me in stitches. I guess it must be a bit harder to capture that kind of comradery since you are all now distanced (no more bumping into your guests around the office, in other words). It'd still be nice to see this sort of thing comeback in some form.

One thing that bothers me is that you there is no information about the platform when the game information text is on. I am not a hc gamer and sometimes it is really not obvious if the game is for xbox, ps3 or pc. Please add platform info text to the game information text at the start of the game sequence.

I have to agree.
Matt & Ryan: please go back to putting console/system info on your game IDs/lower thirds. You guys used to in older seasons. If it's on too many platforms to list, just say "All Consoles" or "All Consoles & PC" or "Most Systems". Will go a long way to help us ID what we can play. Thanks.
