Reoccurring dreams

Have any of you guys ever had reoccurring dreams? These past two weeks, I've had several dreams that I was back in high school. In some cases even middle school.

In all of these dreams, I'm taking a test I don't know the answers to. The teachers in the dream are always those who held my intellect to a high regard as I always excelled in their classes. I find I'm ashamed for not knowing the answers and am even scolded by the teachers for not knowing.

Any psych majors here?

I've had several memorable ones. Memorable, of course, 'cause they keep happening...

1. (even before 9/11, but more detailed afterward) In college. See city out window in distance, explosions... for some reason I have to go there, Scrambling through girders, half collapsed buildings, just to get to my next class.

2. Get on plane, first class. Sit next to Carrie Fisher (not as Princess Leia) and talk about her books with her.

3. Lately I been dreaming of twittering my dreams as they happen.

I need a job. haha.

Reoccurring? No.
Memorable? Yes.

1. Over the course of 4-5 nights in the early 90's I had a dream that I was a peasant in a feudal germanic town. I was apprenticed to the local blacksmith. I got pressed into service of the King in his armoury. I became a master armourer, and tinkered with mechanical toys. My workshop was under a stair area on external wall of cliffside castle. Castle got taken by opposing king. Pretty much everyone dead, except myself and weaponsmith. We were spared to repair and refit the new Kings men.

This played out like a movie over a period of 4-5 nights. And was so vivid I remember parts of it in fine detail even now 16 years later.

2. Lets just say that I will not be taking a USAir flight into Boston. That one was so freaky I got up, checked online to see if there had been a massive plane crash at Logan.

I constantly have a dream about a girl always in different places doing different things. But always the same woman never can remember what she looks like or her name. Can always remember everything about the dreams all the details except name and face.

I've never had a re-occurring dream. Most of my dreams are very non-sensical; they involve fighting lobsters above my house etc... (like what the comedian in this week's ROFL described).

However, years ago I had the most awesome dream ever! I had a dream where I was in a flying ST (mech) and I was firing my weapons at the tank in "Blaster Master". It was travelling on train-tracks on the side of a mountain, and it was firing toxic waste at my ST. I guess I had been playing too much Battle Clash because this what my view looked like... And yes, I was flying 100 miles an hour sideways. I wish I could dream video games more often.

There were some weird things about this dream:

1. It was not in NES or SNES pixels -- it was real life.
2. It was an epic battle. Neither one of us won when I woke up. And yes, it was one strange battle.
3. How was I not able to know how my enemy would attack? I mean, I'm fighting myself right?
4. Along with firing toxic waste, why did he launch giant bees at me?

IDK, maybe I need to check myself in :D.
