One of the biggest improvement to Hulu over the past six months, was the inclusion of a visible buffer in the flash player. It let one know how long they had to leave the player on pause before continuing.
As the new Rev 3 player is remarkably similar to the Hulu player, I would like to advocate the inclusion of a visible buffer to it as well. Currently, one has to just leave it paused for random periods of time, before letting it continue. Sometimes the flash player freezes up, but you think it is buffering. A visible way of knowing how much of the video has downloaded into the temp files, would be very helpful.
