Thumb twitches when I press on the left side of my right leg. When I run my legs hurt and if i press on the part the hurts my thumb will twitch like crazy

anyone ever here of something like this?

Or.. an emergency room. Self-Diagnosis isn't terribly helpful. A quick google search will leave you worried that you have a rare form of a degenerative nerve disorder.
