Yeah, strange. It sounds a lot like what happened with Social Brew: they missed a week, then two, then it got canceled. I was planning to give it another go, and I hope it didn't get canceled right now.

I'm pretty sure they'll axe it later this year anyway, judging by the feedback from everyone, unless things change dramatically, which I hope they do.

Well in fairness this show is only released every fortnight as it is, and for all we know it was an encoding error, so we shouldn't jump the gun. It wouldn't be the biggest loss in Revision3 history though :P

You are probably right. Revision 3 doesn't get a lot of things despite what they say in there "about us" page. It seems a lot of shows have came and went.

This is exactly why I don't like this bi-monthly release schedule. Rev3 should make this show once a week or once a month.

I don't think it's rev3 to blame. JV is a busy dude. this is just his side project. and judging by how hurt he sounded on his radio show about the feedback over here he might not be to thrilled to put any effort into a quality show.

It shows (and it's greatly appreciated) all the effort the other rev3 shows put into production. I feel like their heart is really into it. It makes me want to get more involved in the shows when people like dan and jeff participate in the forums and shows like TRS and tekzilla actually incorporate the audience in the shows it makes me feel all fuzzy inside. I like fuzzies, I come back for fuzzies every week.

with that being said I really hope JV puts his all into this show. I really want him to succeed. I really enjoy his morning radio show.

Well, they try a ton of different things and figure out what works. I still think JV's World needed more work before launch, but we'll wait and hope.

no not doghouse. although I would have loved to have heard some of the old doghouse shows, he has a new show on wild 94.9 in the bay area. I just listen to the podcast because I'm on the east coast and I'm always at work when it streams live. it's a nice break from the geek and tech scene.
